Storm battle Whitecourt at Revolution Place this evening

Storm battle Whitecourt at Revolution Place this evening

January 11, 2017

The Storm haven't won since December 18, 2016, resulting in four straight losses. They hope that changes tonight as they gear up to play the Whitecourt Wolverines.

Whitecourt is a perfect 5-0 against the Storm this season.

"There's no secret that they want to win a league championship this year. We're well aware of how difficult it is to play against a team like that," said Matt Keillor, Storm Head Coach and General Manager. "We know how important every game is."

Whitecourt enters this evening's action sitting first in the Alberta Junior Hockey League's North Division and second in the league with a record of 27-9-4.

Puck drop goes at 7:30 p.m. at Revolution Place. Following tonight's game, the Storm next play Friday evening when they host the Lloydminster Bobcats.

"I'm hoping the fans come out and support us, and that we can get the job done," said Keillor.
